Who we are

CCI Capital ("we", "us") is a financial services practice serving clients in Ottawa, Gatineau, and across Ontario, Québec, Alberta, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It applies to ccicapital.ca only — information you share with us as a client is governed by the agreements and disclosures provided during our engagement.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, how you heard about us (optional), and your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.

Newsletter and guide signups: your email address and preferred language, used to send you The CCI Letter and, if requested, our free guide. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

Analytics: with your consent, we use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you personally. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for purposes other than those described here without asking you first.

Service providers and where data is stored

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website: Cloudflare (website hosting and infrastructure), Resend (email delivery), and PostHog (analytics, if you consent). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments, and their servers are located in the United States. By submitting information through this site, you acknowledge that it may be stored and processed outside your province and outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention

Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to: access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from communications, or delete your information. To do so, contact us at [email protected] or (613) 720-4477. We will respond within 30 days.
